HELLER's full range of lead-free reflow ovens and vacuum ovens; PEMTRON’s 3D automatic optical inspection systems; SHIMADZU X-ray inspection systems; NUTEK circuit board transfer system; WELLER repairing workstation; SOLDERSTAR temperature profile tester, etc. From production, inspection to repair, first-class of SMT equipment is available.
