Intuitive measurement, easy to complete

Obtaining measurement results has never been faster and easier. You can choose between a single field of view system or a larger version with a motorised table, which offers a wide range of 2D measurements with a measuring capacity of up to 500 x 400 mm. In addition to manual operation, it can be operated in fully automatic operation mode.

You can choose the high-performance measurement software packages SAPHIR7 and ELITE based entirely on the requirements of your environment (combining SAPHIR and ELITE obtained by the German Federal Physics Technology Institute (PTB) Award) or M3.

The V-CAD series combines a compact, mobile, high-precision measuring instrument with an intuitive and easy-to-operate software interface: with SAPHIR 7 and ELITE or M3 – the measurement is under control! The workpiece can be positioned anywhere in the field of view, the measurement process can be started via the touch interface, and complete measurement results, including related reports, are provided extremely quickly. Fast, simple, reproducible, and precise, it sets a new benchmark for this category of equipment.

The high-resolution camera of all V-CAD measuring instruments ensure distortion-free, calibrated measurement areas with a large depth of field. This allows workpieces with a height of up to 300 mm to be measured without any problems.
